We’ve seen this one before: Get a Sony credit card and save yourself $100 on a $299 or more (PS3) purchase. Unlike the last offer I came across, gear need not be purchased via Sony Style. Though the virtual cash back has been reduced to $100 versus $150. Lower your credit score for a $300 Blu-ray player that also does a nice job with games? Hm…
In other Sony gaming news, my (second) PSP was unloaded on ebay yesterday. I bought my (first) PSP the day it came out – loved the features and screen, but the ergonomics and lack of games just hasn’t done it for me.
my gf got me a DS Lite for xmas, best present ever, blows psp out of the water.
right buddy, the DS kicks the PSP’s butt in all its 16bit SNES graphics. You go ahead play nintendog, I’ll be playing, Metal Gear Portable OPs, Silent Hill Origins, God of War Chains of Olympus, and Final Fantasy VII:Crisis Core.
Hmm, and you can use it at any authorized retailer – so that plus $175 of amazon gift cert = $225 PS3. Not too shabby really. I wonder if Chase will realize that I have a bunch of their cards which I only use for loyalty offers and otherwise keep locked in a drawer?
