End around of Cable/Sat delivery is inevitable, but like the economists say, in the inevitable we are all dead.
TiVo sure could help Neilsen develop their system, and Neilsen sure could help TiVo develop its system. TiVo has enough boxes to find good samples, and Neilsen is “The Man.”
But if the talks go the way the content providers describe the TiVoCast talks, no dice.
