The Mio DigiWalker C310x GPS is on sale at Staples for a low $199 with no rebate paperwork to mess with. It’s not a Garmin Nuvi and it doesn’t offer text-to-voice, but where else you going to find a color, touch-screen, SiRF Star III GPS this cheap? Heck, it even plays MP3s (though no one knows why).
