Cross reference this fun ( fake ) product with my real world observation at the WalMart the other day…
In the electronics department there are to glass cases, one for iPods, one for Zune. If you are familiar with WalMart you know that they often pile all the extra stock near or on top of the item display case.
The iPod case is empty, just cardboard silhouettes. The Zune display case? Chock full to the top, then thirty more stacked on top of that.
My question to everyone is: Have you ever even seen a Zune being used in public? I have not.
You know, I saw my first Zune in public within the last week or so. Might have been at the airport? And it did occur to me at the time that I haven’t seen people roaming around with them. The only Zune owner (I think) I know ended up buying an iPhone. Ha.
