Tendon USA, an economical online computer & AV cable distributor, sent me a few samples to evaluate. However, I’m giving them away and leaving the evaluation to you. Both cables are 4 meters – we’ve got HDMI<->HDMI and DVI<->HDMI. Leave one comment telling me which cable you could use, and when I get around to it I’ll randomly pick the winners.
Tendon tells me every cable they sell is tested 3 times (at various points in the manufacturing process) and 100% guaranteed. They’re currently running a deal on 1m HDMI cables: $5 for one, $4/ea for multiple.
The DVI HDMI cable would be useful in my setup. Thanks Dave.
I could definitely use the DVI to HDMI cable for playing video from my MacBook. Who needs an AppleTV? :-) Thanks for sharing!
I’m in for the HDMI/DVI cable! :) Thanks :)
I would use the DVI –> HDMI.
Thanks Dave!
I could use the HDMI ->HDMI. Thanx.
HDMIHDMI
Thanks!
DVI to HDMI please. Thank you.
Dave, I could use the HDMI to HDMI.
Thankee
HDMI HDMI please. thanks
Dave, great site here. I could really use the HDMI->HDMI cable. Thanks.
I could use the HDMI to HDMI. I would love to see if I notice the picture is not as good because it doesn’t have the expensive cables I was told I needed.
HDMI -> HDMI, with a 4 meter one I won’t accidently disconnect the HDMI on the back of my series3 everytime the cable company needs access to the cable cards or I need to get back their. Stupid IKEA media stand.
Dave,
I could definitely use the HDMI-HDMI one. I just ordered a 5-port HDMI switch and don’t have enough cables yet.
Thanks,
sm
I could use the HDMI-HDMI! Thanks.
BC wins the HDMI < -> HDMI cable and Cory wins the HDMI < -> DVI.
