It’s nice to see TiVoCast smartly organized under the Find Programs menu in an attractive HME package (unlike random Showcases and web registration), but most of the content still doesn’t do much for me — As you can see I only subscribe to the weekly CNET production. I had the NY Times for awhile, but their schedule/frequency is unpredictable and the content was all over the map in terms of topic and quality so I gave up. After reading Stephen’s blurb on Union, I just signed up. Wonder what sort of CBS content we’ll be seeing and when?
PS: Series2 units are getting this as we speak, S3 HD units are waiting on the 8.1 software update which is still slated deployment for this year.
I subscribe to CNet, Danger Rangers, dLife, and NY Times. Danger Rangers just because it is amusing – I don’t have any kids. It is only 2-3 minutes long each short, and it just appeals to my sense of humor. (And I’m trying to figure out if one of the voices is the same as Yakko from the Animaniacs…) dLife just out of curiosity to see what they cover.
CNet is the one I really watch, and the NY Times bits are hit and miss.
Glad you posted the picture *after* we fixed the issue with The New York Times having the final “s” cut off…
