How cool is this? ThinkGeek has announced it’s got exclusive availability on a new iPhone case with flip-out keyboard. The TK-421 iPhonecase is literally a keyboard the size of your iPhone that attaches as a case and swivels out for use. I still love my Droid Eris, but the soft keyboard is the one thing that drives me crazy. If you’re a textaholic with an iPhone, I could see the new iPhonecase getting a lot of finger time. And at $49.99, this could be a great gift for any iPhone owners on your holiday shopping list.
Meanwhile, for iPod Touch owners, I recently spotted a GPS add-on cradle that gives the Touch iPhone-like navigation capabilities. The Dual XGPS251 is a cousin to the Dual XGPS300, which didn’t get stunning reviews, but it’s cheaper, and so far has two five-star reviews on Amazon, for whatever that’s worth. The cradle also has a built-in rechargeable battery, and a windshield-mounting kit. You can pick it up for $113.31 on Amazon.
There’s also a sliding keyboard/case for iPhone 4 that I saw on Engadget or Gizmodo recently.

Yup, this:

Both of these have the obvious issue of needing to be recharged separately of course.
