The HE-AAC audio support is pretty big news, too, especially for online audio streaming companies. Unfortunately it takes a while for the average Internet user to upgrade their version of Flash, so even if websites adopt the latest capabilities of Flash, they’ll have to support older versions for a long time.
Good point, Mark. It will take a while for the new version to proliferate, meaning that a further bandwidth crunch won’t come all at once.
