While everyone is excited over this vaporware, well worth noting that Soderbergh's The Knick is now available on HBO Go / Now, and will remain there for the next two and a half months.
It's the best 'down in the mud' period series since Deadwood, and purely visually, is even better. Well worth a binge.
(Not as much swearing, of course. But between Soderbergh directing, running the camera for every shot, and relying heavily on period lighting, it's damn tasty.)
