Yep, it's a new TiVo going forward with no more whales on the docket and their patent protection expiring in 2018. Will be interesting to see what they do with this war chest of cash. And I wonder if they even have the right people to manage it as they evolve their business. Of course, I've never been a TiVo investor given what we do here... and remain most interested in what services and tech they can offer me as a consumer.
Down 2.5% after a big cash gain says it all. Maybe if they bought Roku...
