I still have a few gripes with the Video Marketplace, and would like to see better navigation as the catalog grows and generally less advertising within the Xbox GUI. As long as I’m requesting features, instead of buying a Wii… how about Microsoft hook me up with a motion-sensing controller and associated games (in HD – take that Nintendo!). If they can’t deliver in the next few weeks, I’ll just have to pick up Guitar Hero II.

It's too late for a motion-sensitive controller on the Xbox 360. There's 10 million of them out there already, so developers can't assume players have it. And players have to have games that will make them want to buy the controller.
Given short development schedules and budgets, they'll simply skip support for motion-sensitivity altogether.
If the Sarah Silverman show were available in HD on XBLM for free, I'd order it.
Incidentally, Guitar Hero 2 is worth a purchase. I couldn't wait for the 360 version and had to get the PS2 one to hold me over.
If I had to choose between motion-sensing and Xbox Live I would choose Xbox Live for sure.
