ZNF ‘Chef TiVo’ Contest Winner

John S of South Carolina has won the TiVo apron and coasters! In exchange for the prize, John traded his great grandmother’s chocolate and caramel cakes recipes which his cousin actually prepared as a chef at Disney World. John plans to use the apron while barbecuing and invited me down to join him. Sounds good to me! (Maybe he can make the cakes too, since my idea of cooking is microwaving a Hot Pocket.)

I’d like to thank everyone who entered. Some highlights… Davis, I appreciate the TiVo laptop bag offer but I have to draw the line somewhere. Jorge, the authentic Costa Rican coffee sounded great but my blog budget doesn’t support international shipping. Mom, I’m sorry I threw away your aprons when evacuating you from your hurricane-destroyed apartment last November but I know first hand how infrequently you cook. Andrew, I will not give you my first born for your TiVo lunch box.

By the way, is anyone interested in a TiVo sackpack? If so, what’s it worth to you?

    I've since received my own TiVo apron for my TiVo House Party (just took a while).

    Of ALL of my TiVo "stuff", I actually USE the apron. My kids and friends get a kick out of it ... so Congrats to John S.
