Given the level of "customer support" most cable companies provide their customers, I can see this is going to be a huge challenge for TiVo. I can imagine lots of people will give up and return it rather than go through this level of hassle to get it running.
Dave - I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed you posted this. It's a clear violation of NDA. I realize you're simply reporting what ANOTHER media outlet reported. But, I'm still disappointed.
