The Echo, needs a Tivo Skill to control pause and play
Hey Dave, is Amazon releasing a newer, updated Echo? I ordered one 2 weeks ago and it’s still not in stock. They list 4/14 as the in stock date.
This is an area Apple seems to really be blowing it.
Like they ALMOST did by ignoring the AppleTV and wasting too much energy and time on the AppleWatch. Good for them, they seem to have turned that around.
I assume there will be a new Echo at some point… but can’t tell you if it’ll be soon. I could imagine a scenario where Dot is a limited run as an updated one would match an updated Echo.
